At Saundaryam, we aim to provide high-quality skincare, haircare, and beauty products. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Damaged product received

Missing product in the package

Product received in leaking or defective condition
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos as proof.
Non-Refundable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, refunds will not be provided for:

Products with broken or tampered seals

Products damaged after delivery

Products returned without original packaging
Once a skincare, cosmetic, or haircare product has been opened or used, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refund Approval Process

All refund requests are subject to verification by our support team.

Saundaryam reserves the right to reject refund requests if the claim does not meet our policy conditions.
Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:

Refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI only.

Customers may be asked to provide bank account or UPI details.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Saundaryam.

In case of incorrect address or failed delivery attempts by the customer, refund deductions may apply.
Cancellation Refunds

Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
