At Saundaryam, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Missing items in the package
To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos of the product and package.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with broken seals
- Products damaged after delivery by the customer
Once a skincare, haircare, or cosmetic product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed for:
- Damaged products
- Wrong items delivered
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
