At Saundaryam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and personal care), we maintain the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for makeup products that have been swatched, tested, or where the hygiene seal has been broken.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used makeup (lipsticks, foundations, eyeliners, etc.).

  • Skincare products with broken seals.

  • Sale items or products purchased during "Final Sale" events.

  • Gift cards.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will fix it immediately.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

4. The Return Process

  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the item was damaged or incorrect). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Store Credit: You may also opt for store credit in the form of a digital gift card for faster processing.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once an order is in the "Shipped" status, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
