The product must generally be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with labels, seals, and accessories intact.

2. Hygiene and Safety Restrictions

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, hair-care, lip-care, face-care, and body-care products may generally not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required under applicable law or in cases such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

Please check the product carefully before opening or using it.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us investigate your request, you may be asked to provide:

  • Order number

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Unboxing video, where available

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and determine the appropriate resolution.

4. Return Request Period

Eligible return or exchange requests should generally be raised within 7 days of delivery.

6. Exchange

Where an exchange is approved, the replacement product may be shipped after the returned product is received and inspected.

7. Refunds

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product attributable to Saundaryam, we may arrange or reimburse eligible return shipping as appropriate.

For other approved returns, shipping charges may be non-refundable.

9. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.

Individual skin, hair, or body reactions may vary.

Before using a product, customers should review the ingredient list and usage instructions and perform a patch test where appropriate.

A product return or refund solely because it did not produce the expected cosmetic result may not be accepted.

All returned products are subject to inspection. Approval of a return or exchange does not guarantee that the request will be accepted if the returned product does not meet the applicable eligibility conditions.
